The free stall was built in 2000 and has 52 stalls plus 11 dry-cow stalls and comes with an automated DeLaval feeding system. The parlour is 40 x 30 with a Double-4 Herringbone. Other barns included are the heifer barn, machine barn, and a heated workshop.
All the land is tiled and surrounds the farm.
The farm comes with an older 1.5 storey home with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Located on the first level is the kitchen, living room, dining room, a full bathroom, an office and a hobby space. All four bedrooms plus one full bathroom are located on the second level. House is heated by oil, has new insulation, new siding, new windows, and has been re-shingled (2017).
